Placing your order:
You may place orders from our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our secure website shopping cart. We accept payment through Pay Pal and through Walk-In orders. Check or money orders will be accepted via mail with shipment of order sent after your check clears our bank. A $25 free will be assessed for returned checks. Should you have any issues placing your order online, be sure to email us for assistance.
Shipping:
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail Monday- Friday. Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement and may be dependent upon time of season or available in stock items. Be sure to contact us if your order will need to be expedited as we will do our absolute best to accommodate your expedited needs. Expedited shipping is available but will be charged at a much higher rate than priority mail shipping.
Virgin Island and Canadian customers are asked to email us prior to placing an order for shipping arrangements. We use USPS Global Priority for shipping international orders. Virgin Island and Canadian orders are charged differently than domestic orders.
Local customers may make arrangements to pick their orders up rather than have them shipped. This option is selectable during the checkout process by clicking the radio button.
Sales Tax:
Naturally Green charges 6.25% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Illinois. States outside of Illinois are not imposed sales tax.
Cancellations:
You may cancel orders if your product has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible so we are able to assist you.
Returns:
Naturally Green has a no return policy. We recommend that you order sample sizes to try our products for the first time before placing orders with us.
Safe Secure Shopping Paying Via Credit Card:
We use Pay Pal to keep your credit card information safe.
Product Shelf Life:
We recommend using our products within 6 months of receipt of product delivery. To extend the shelf life of your product store products in cool, dry and dark place. For scrubs, refrain from introducing water into the scrub during use; ensure that the jar is closed tight when not in use. Fingers can be host to bacteria, so try to avoid dipping your fingers into the scrub. A birchwood scoop is provided with the scrub for you to use to remove the product from the container. Organic & Natural products can oxidize and go rancid when exposed to air. Our products are made using organic & natural ingredients and are free of artificial colors, fragrance, sulfates, DEA, parabens, surfactant and detergents. All products are for external use only.
Gift Certificates:
Our gift certificates for natural and body products make the perfect gift! To make gift-giving easy, we offer gift certificates which are a perfect gift offering for the hard to buy friends and family members. For your convenience, gift certificates are available starting at $25. If you need assistance purchasing a gift certificate, be sure to contact us via email in the Comments/Questions field in the Gift Certificate area.
Redeeming Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates may be redeemed for all online purchases or by telephone orders. Gift certificates are treated the same as cash, and if lost or stolen they are not replaceable.
